New Hampshire becomes 19th medical marijuana state

New Hampshire becomes 19th medical marijuana state – Gov. Hassan signed a bill that will allow qualifying patients in New Hampshire to use marijuana to treat certain medical conditions. The law allows for up to four non-profit alternative treatment centers (dispensaries) in the state.
