NJ Gov Signs MJ Bill

New Jersey Becomes the 14th State to Legalize Medical Marijuana: A bill legalizing medical marijuana in New Jersey was signed into law by Gov. Jon Corzine on his last day in office. The law, which will take effect in six months, allows patients to possess two ounces of marijuana and provides for the creation of “alternative treatment centers” to distribute marijuana.
