– We posted the U.S. Government’s request for an “en banc”
review (11-judge panel) of the Raich v. Ashcroft decision by a
3-judge panel of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, which ruled
on 12/16/03 that medical marijuana users (in the seven states
in the 9th circuit jurisdiction that have legalized medical
marijuana) cannot be prosecuted by the federal government so
long as they grow their own or obtain pot from other growers
