Julian Assange Will Not Be Extradited to U.S. until Death Penalty Is off the Table

Julian Assange, Australian Wikileaks founder, will not be extradited to the United States until the U.K. receives assurances that Assange will be “afforded the same First Amendment protections as a United States citizen, and that the death penalty is not imposed.”
