Nearly 200 Countries Agree To Transition Away From Fossil Fuels

Convened by the United Nations in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, the nations came to a non-binding agreement after two weeks of debate. The agreement is the first time the nations have explicitly agreed to a transition away from fossil fuel use.
